Citrus notes with minerality. The finish immediately fell off the ledge.

There is mineral and grass when you smell this before tasting, but there is none when you take a sip. It has a light floral fruity note - think pears. Light and clean finish (not crisp - acidic). An excellent choice for pasta and salmon (tried and true). Great for someone who loves an airy, ethereal summer night wine.
