A twelve year old wine still offering a lot of strength and body from dark red fruit supported by soft oaky notes that were well integrated. Remained a bit single note but very pleasant to drink with our pasta that was accidentally seasoned with taco seasoning 😅. Hence the Spanish wine! Paired well.
