Smells of caramel, raisins, and maple. Taste does not pair with the smell but the bite of acidity is decent. More sugar in it would help it.

Some confusion by Delectable between the Amontillado and the Manzanilla both with the named "Aurora" from Bodegas Yuste. I had the Manzanilla which was briny and a bit zingy without any harsh bite. Really tasty. I may try the amontillado next!
