I believe it’s 90% Palomino 10% Pedro Ximinez.

See previous. A one off from Albariza soils in SW Spain, 90% Palomino/10% Pedro Jiminez.
Really sings in hot weather especially with some air/time. A bit sweaty funky, crisp with a round backbone ( the PX) to close. With tapas and shrimp based paella great stuff.

Delicious one off from Forlong.
I believe it’s 90% Palomino & 10% Pedro Ximinez. Fermented dry. Quite refreshing, the Palomino up front with more tactile roundness on the mid palate. With O2, it really sings.
