A good example of the difference between old world wines and what we in the USA have become accustomed to. Not the fruit forward we are used to. Minerally and tannins in the fore front. Nice wine specially for the price.

This was a little flat for me. Had some nice dark red fruit structure and a touch of tannins, but then just kinda died with little To no finish. Same deal after open 2 days. Hope the other bottles are better?

Found this in my inlaws cabinet, they are not wine drinkers. I think they use this for cooking. I actually like this Classic Rioja flavors and the Alta dust. The back is a bit weak. Not bad when it's hot outside.
