B day wine after two weeks dry & taking anti inflammatory rx. This all about freshness, lightness, & acidity. Salinity cuts through all.

Sublime sipping rosé for a warm weather. Did not make us tired as we kept drinking it. Am not getting any fruit flavors, instead am leaning toward fresh garden vegetables like radish, turnips and melon rinds. It’s tart, and a tiny bit acidic. We drank it with a couple ice cubes, helps keep smoothen the sips. Lovely and will buy more as the Summer approach.
