Pure Grenache

Certainly a very intriguing wine. Very floral. Perhaps a touch too much of what I’ll call cedar (pine?) than I’d prefer but also good depth of red fruit.

Where to start? This beat the hype surrounding it and Comando G in general. The comparisons to Rayas hold, even if they are unnecessarily. This Garnacha is breathtaking even w/ out any reference points.

Cranberry, white pepper, rosebuds, sweat and granite. The price made me hesitate to open it, and surely it will age well, but it drank beautifully from start to finish as is. Few wines move me like this did 🤯

First of these that I have not liked (first time drinking this vintage). Don’t think it was a flawed bottle and hoping it was just in a weird place that it will grow out of

Very nice high toned Garnacha. Strawberry, cherry, mineral. A little tight. Try again in 5 years.
