Deep ruby robe, black fruit, a touch of earth on this bottle from the Canelones region of Uruguay. Spent one day in Montevideo and environs, Pizzorna was one winery visited. Palate is alive, bright and tense with red and black berries. Nice length, fairly high acidity with integrated tannins. Majority Tannat with Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. #pizzornowines #uruguaywine #canelones
