Way too hot in SF right now so a bottle of white sounded awesome. The nose isn't as floral as I would expect, and there is more exotic fruits such as pineapple, papaya and overripe mango there. There's a roundness to the wine that denotes oak aging and softens the acidity. Some baked lemon souffle notes on the palate and a good finish. This is perfect for a hot day.
