Dry on the palate with apples, grapefruits, limes, spices, minerals and herbs.
Nice tangy finish with limes and grapefruits.
This Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma County is easy drinking and good by itself as a sipping wine. Complex and interesting. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel.
Needs 30 minutes to open up fully, and that's when its true elegance shines through. Neither tart nor bitter, which I liked.
I paired it with baked salmon.
A blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Sémillon and 9% Viognier.

Pale lemon in color with a golden hue.
Light nose of citrus, lemons, limes and spices.

An interesting blend sourced from all over the Sonoma Coast. The 2016 leans more towards Sauvignon Blanc than the previous vintage, with it reaching 87%. Highlights are the rich, citrusy, and acidic freshness of Sauvignon Blanc, the rounding texture of 4.5% Semillon, and the pleasant peach fuzz aromatics of 8.5% Viognier. Dry, layered, and lengthy. Enjoy it's complexities!
