The nose on this wine is incredible with lots of dark, ripe black fruits, leather, and black tea leaves. Dark and milk chocolate are also both present. Lots going on and this will continue to age well. We’re going to pair this with venison strip loin!

Aug 21st, 2022Tobacco and cigar smoke on the nose, followed by ripe raspberry jam. Juicy, dark red berries, white pepper and warm spices on the palate. Tannins are smooth considering the age! Amazing now but will be better with age.
