2022/2 with weisswurst, etc. Hints of petrol emerging on the nose, rich apple and flint on the palate, which has a good sweet - acid balance.

Feb 13th, 20222020 June / July. This shows how just a little age brings out the depth in a traditional Mosel kabinett. It’s not qualitatively “better” than the 2018 JJ Prum wines, just more ready to drink - the stone is still there, there’s almost no petrol yet, but the fruit is deeper and more savory.

Off-dry; touch of effervescence; green fruit and pear on the nose. A few flowers but not as many as I'd hoped. Slightly more viscous than I expected.
