Love Croatian wine so much, such a diverse region. The server described this as sandy and minerally, a risky wine, and the chance was well worth it. Gooseberry, lemon, yellow flower on the nose, a bracing palate full with yellow orchard fruit, sea salt, and white stone. Long finish. A win

Grapefruit rind, neutral nose. Cool. Grippy like grapefruit juice/rind instead of high acid to refresh palate.
