Excellent strawberry and restrained, but present oak. New find for me, and probably one of my top three favorite FLX Pinot's from 2012.

12.5% abv | sample - Clear light red color. Aromas of pretty red berry fruits (red currant, red raspberry). Light bodied with medium acidity and imperceptible tannins. Simple red fruits on the palate. This wine reads like a rosé and could be good chilled. Harvested at 21.5 degrees and chaptalized to 23 degrees; 9 mos. in mostly neutral barrel.

Had with a wonderful pork tenderloin. Great taste without being over powering.
