Malbec

Violet hue with edges of ruby. Soft, fruit forward, juicy blackberry, cassis, tobacco leaf, and mulberry. Grippy tannins kissing my mouth. Lip smacking. Could benefit from a few more years of aging.

A remarkable wine for $20. Fruit forward - tobacco, deep smoke, blackberry cassis are all present on the attack. Superbly balanced with good structure from start to finish. The velvety smooth tannins make tools this wine from good to great. A gem!
