Bianchi
Signature Selection Paso Robles Merlot
You were blackberry, black cherry, blueberry and Even some raspberry. There was sweet vanilla and baking spices mixed in. You had firm tannin and big alcohol without being abrasive. You were a surprise being from Paso, and I believe you're a little bit of Cab Sauv even if your maker says nay!

Great example of Paso Robles fruit. Rich and expressive. Dark cherry and black pepper. Nice tannins, good acid. Will pair well with beef, bbq, Asian fusion, etc.
