Bianchi
Signature Selection Cabernet Sauvignon
Substantial Cabernet, slightly fruit forward with toasted cocoa hints. Medium to full body, would pair nicely with a rich and hearty meal. This is a pleasant cab, nothing spectacular but enjoyable.

May 27th, 2018V11 Cabernet, dark blackberry, hint of coffee fruit. Hints of black pepper and tobacco. Typically good Paso Cab, can easily drink now, I personally think the acid level was little high throwing off the balance, a bit. Will settle down and be very good within a year.
