Substantial Cabernet, slightly fruit forward with toasted cocoa hints. Medium to full body, would pair nicely with a rich and hearty meal. This is a pleasant cab, nothing spectacular but enjoyable.

Pours jam in color. ON THE NOSE: black cherry chocolate and vanilla. ON THE PALATE: black cherry, olive, toasted spice. Very soft tannins but enough to have good structure. Medium body and medium finish.

Fruity oaky nose, very dense appearance, moderately fruit forward. Forward tannins upon opening, but softened quickly. Enjoyable.

V11 Cabernet, dark blackberry, hint of coffee fruit. Hints of black pepper and tobacco. Typically good Paso Cab, can easily drink now, I personally think the acid level was little high throwing off the balance, a bit. Will settle down and be very good within a year.
