Dec 23rd, 2015Showing beautifully. Stewed black and red berry fruits. black licorice, chocolate, leather & black pepper. Soft supple tannins. Full of stuffing and still elegant.

Nov 18th, 2014Not nearly as good as the last time I had this. Though at that time I was perhaps still on the high of '07 white label Carema. This is juicy and blocky tonight after an hour open and jostling about. A little reduction but not much. Meaty and peppery this seems shut down tonight, too. Lacks the concentration of Jamet it seems. Though only time will tell. Calls for a N Rhone Blind dinner. Interested? Seems a bit under, too. Could also be a bit shut down.
