Mar 25th, 2024Perfect accompaniment to rack of lamb and roasted asparagus ($25). Nice nose, medium bodied, dark fruit and clean aftertaste. Subsequently enjoyed with Pork tenderloin and compared with Murray Red Wine Columbia Valley.

Color of purple, a bit bubbly, with slightly gray and blue hue on the rim. Nose is nice, with plum, aldehyde, oak, some blackberries, and oily. Taste follows the nose, slightly sweet with dark fruits, soft tannins, more oak note, a bit vanilla, some ripe grapes, and hint of zest. Quite smooth and tasty. Aftertaste is clean with more oaky and sweet note, milky and a bit peppery. Packed with good flavors.
