In a few years it has calmed down and lost its nervous acidity.
Today the acidity is more supportive to the nutty tones.

Why drink any frigging white wine when grower champagnes are this good. Crisp, racy, seductive wine that promises and delivers. Lighter in color than anticipated, round, lighter in weight than anticipated. Elegant, but demanding attention. Complex, changing, charming. Life can be good in the midst of chaos. Merry Christmas to me… hell, Merry Christmas to the community.

Dec 11th, 2021Disgorged 7/19 v.15. Brilliant, bright shiny gold with pin-point teeny bubbles. Nicely dry and plenty of acidity balancing the Granny Smith/crunchy green pear.. Long, caressing finish. I need to drink more of this wine!
