Very nice. Changes taste profile after open a bit, pepper, cherry, acid, just great. We had it tonight with spaghetti and meatballs (gourmet!) and it held up nicely.

Can't wait to get it out to the campfire. But I had it in a restaurant. I enjoyed it with halibut, carrots, potatoes in a light tomato sauce. It was delicious. Ok, Frasier!

Tasty juice, needs air but absolutely is a great glass of Zin. Paired with whole roasted pesto rainbow trout with sautéed vegetables (red potatoes, green beans, red pepper and black olives) with a basil aïoli.
