Reminds me of vinegared, sautéed greens on the nose.

Sour apple juice, brightly acidic. Perhaps not for everyone, but great in the right circumstance.

Very interesting bubbles. Super intense, dry and like an Orange wine.

Fresh, mean, generous, complex and intriguing, all while being superbly balanced. Beat it if you can!
