This is a very tasty Petite Sirah from California. Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
Drinks well right out of the bottle, and gets better as he opens up, and shows structure and complexity.
Still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly and soften up, although I really enjoyed it as it is now.
Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years. Has a good potential to get to 94+ points.
Tangy and interesting, rich and Jammy.
Aged in French oak barrels (30% new). Organic.
