Aromas of blueberries, vanilla and clove with a touch of freshly cracked black pepper. Notes of light raspberry cream, rose petal, and ripe Apple. Full on the palate with a nice silly tannin and creamy texture and silky finish. Notes of tobacco and black tea on the palate. Try it with slowly braised pork shoulder with a blackberry jus.
