So this is a porter with hops. Moderate malt, moderate hops, lacks caramel and creaminess you'll find in most of the style. I suppose the amount of hops in the beer would make it a decent aging beer, but the light flavor and aroma lacks those deep elements that thin out and develop during aging. Also it's a cap not a cork and that's a deal breaker for me on aging any beer/wine.
