Actually Bacchus. Drank on the second day of opening. On first opening, poured the glass out right away as I found it too harsh and bitter, but that may have been because I was sick. I liked it better the second day; oxygen? Feeling better? We may never know. Found it lemony at the front, and minerally on the finish. Still not sure I like it, but I don’t dislike it.
