A Sauv Blanc in the dead of winter!? I know, crazy right? But this Sauv B is more well balanced than a 14 year old Olympic Gymnast. Just a little kiss of honey and melon on the nose gives way to a touch of grapefruit and the smallest hint of kiwi and butterscotch on the tongue, all quickly washed away with a swash of super clean sea water. With a SB this yummy, the snow can stick around all year long. #Azure

Hint of diesel on the nose, lean, good acidity. A touch more grassiness would balance the citrus.
