Roncús in Capriva del Friuli (Collio). I've been visiting them once. Marl soil, hills and plains, they preserve as well a tiny vineyard over 100 years old which is an open-air museum perfectly integrated into a vision of biodiversity behind the philosophy production at the winery. This wine in particular is a classy Pinot Blanc vintage 2012 made from light skin contact, indigenous yeasts, aging it 18 months "sur lie". Very clear, explanatory and detailed back-labels.
