Rispetto Timorasso

I liked this better the last time .

Does anyone else think this looks more like “Rispetto” than “Rispetta?” And should I respect its lack of vintage identification? It’s good in any case.

Mi ha stupito . non filtrato e leggermente frizzante mi è sembrato troppo " contadino" .però , dopo un poco , la forza dei gradi 14 e una leggera acidità nel palato me lo fanno apprezzare molto .
