Apr 26th, 2017Colour: ruby, starts to turn into brownish.
Nose: nice oaky flavours, vanilla, and rich bag of fruit (red cherries, liquor-cherries, raspberries), touch of herbal notes, grass, undergrowth. Seems a bit sweet to the nose.
Palate: Medium-body, a little of viscosity here; good level of acidity but not too much, nice aftertaste. Good dry vs sweet balance.
