Hazy pearlescent gold color. No nose really, a faint whiff like you are passing honeysuckle in a car and the smell is gone before you can place it. A sterile smell almost also. Tastes like ripe flowers and foamy tart apples. A mossy rock. Nice strong salinity and minerality.
