Valpolicella Classico Corvina Blend

Great little value with a slightly light bodied that is compensated by the extremely meaty and floral aromas.

Just ok. Beautiful dusty dark red. Thin on the nose and palette. Tons of cranberry, quite tart but lacks the dryness. May be great if you’re feeling a red on a warm summer day but not the wine for me.

Light on the palate with a pleasant bitter edge but not otherwise particularly interesting. The Valpolicella quest continues.

So good with a roast pig!

Still tastes good even when it has been open for several days

Oily, earthy, unrepentant.

Nice smooth mouth feel, with a sense of substance on finish but light tannins. It's lighter than most Italian reds but feels substantial without all the tannins

Remembering when I drank this with a gamberetto and polenta. #thesea

Excellent. Easy drinking, subtle, smooth and light.
