I really like this Vernaccia. It starts with golden sweet peach fruit with hints of apricot. A big ripe wine that finishes with a surprising minerality and sufficient acid to balance the fruit. My only complaint is that this wine is just a touch overripe.

Really beautiful sipping wine. A shot of honey, alcohol and then a yummy great stone fruit, apple finish. Dad says he drank San Gimiagno and was floored when I showed up with it. Buy it!
