So not what we expected when we popped it open. It tastes like a bubbly Chardonnay ... great porch pounder. Fruit, pear, yet tart and light.

Super dry bubbles with nice depth and just a touch of funk. Refreshing and delicious

Lemon and stone fruit, light bubbles, best with food

Great for a hot summer evening. “Wine with a prickle” is accurate. Notes of honeysuckle, as well.
