Fruit forward and quite nice for a decent price. Still has great Barbera acidity to lift it's very approachable fruit presence.

First wine I've ever tried from this producer. Wow!! Barbera how I like it- bright & lively with secondary organic notes of truffle, fennel, wet soil. Boom!!

2013 vintage in December 2020. Big earthy red. Deep ruby color. Pairs best with red meat and rich foods.

Normally I go crazy for Barbera d'Alba but this particular seemed to have a touch of brett. Would go great with an earthy truffle and meat oriented dish.
