Deep, brick red. Mature, yet youthful. Smells potent, with ripe fruit and a hint of earthiness. Very substantial mouthfeel, velvety tannins, ripe fruit, balanced acidity, super complex! Lengthy finish. So good! 62% Cab Sauv - 26% Zin - 12% Syrah (15.5% ALC.) This would go well with lamb, pork, or beef, as long it's not too spicy. Tomato based sauces and fine cheeses :) Yum!
