Dry cider, lightly sweet red apple flavor. Not my favorite Artifact, middle of the road. Using it to keep me cool in the kitchen this morning while making jalapeno BBQ sauce. We're headed to a 3-Day bluegrass festival this afternoon, so sauce needed to be made now, no time this weekend, and tomatoes don't wait.
