The winery In Delaplane Va 20144, ferments it’s grapes on natural yeast and does not add any additional yeast to the fermentation process. Great wine, beautiful drinking wine with our salads sourdough bread and sheep’s milk Gouda from Spain. Yum!!!! Good times.
