Sadly, this may be the first and last time I'll have the privilege of drinking this fine sparkler from Crimean Ukraine. This wine is fresh, tasty, slightly sweet with a crisp finish, great with oysters, smoked salmon and New Years Celebration with friends. I'm trying not to be russing to judgement but who knows what they'll putin in the wine in the future. Such a historic past, and an uncertain future for this fine wine that can certainly stand on its own legs.
