A well balanced Bourgogne - albeit a bit simple.
Lightly bruised apple, lemon curd, citrus mixed with light tropical fruits, and hint of dry hay and vanilla. Smooth palate lacks a bit tension and energy. Gentle 12.5% abv is nice.
