This is a great economical and drinkable wine for barbecues. We always have it as an option in Bolivia although where we live it is difficult to keep cool enough without a wine cellar.

No es muy rico para tomar porque, si bien se siente el sabor a uva, se siente tambien mucho alcohol, es oscuro debido a que tiene muchos residuos; pero queda excelente para cocinar ya que tiñe bien la comida, como tiene un sabor fuerte, en la comida esta bien presente ese sabor, y el alcohol (que era un problema a la hora de beberlo) se evapora dejando includo hasta acaramelado el sarten, y al evaporarse, se reduce de manera importante quedando consiguiendo que lo quede tenga bien fuerte sabor
