Light straw color. Mild stonefruit and a hint of chalky earth on the nose. Tastes just like it smells, but with a tinge of citrus. Medium-light mouthfeel. Green apple finish. Delicate, but refreshing... balanced. Very nice!

Яблоко, мед, пудра. Вкус полный, кислотность средняя. В целом как бы и неплохо, но прямолинейно как палка, без малейших нюансов. Впрочем, возможно, оно было интереснее пару лет назад. Три года для столового белого - это все таки срок.

Basic-ass Cape Chenin.
Oct 6th, 2016A surprisingly smooth and creamy Chenin Blanc, this young wine is quite drinkable right now but will certainly improve with another year of cellaring. It has a touch of lemon zest and a beautiful jasmine bouquet, with ripe pears in the body. It stood up nicely to Vietnamese cuisine.
