Mets/DeGrom accompaniment, suitably exciting & pedigreed. Closest to a Barolo clone I’ve ever had in a Dolcetto. Slightly gamey, black & dark red fruits, fine tannins still need development. Despite the youth it really has great mid palate depth & the intensity is there. A new producer to me. Nothing like a Dolcetto, which is ok given its low 20$ price & quality.

Very good Dolcetto. Earthy, with some tobacco and herbal notes. Good acidic backbone. Great value for such a well-balanced wine.

Tar and truffle, no leather, balsamic, mint. Unusually good acidities. The material seems to be exceptional.
