First experience w/ varietal grolleau. Interesting at least.

Cool wine. Blind, thought it was Trousseau or cru Beaujolais. Fairly simple, but pretty and fun.

Tight and funky upon opening, evolving as it breathes: dark fruit, light tannins and bright acidity. Surprisingly light bodied, contrary to other reviews of this variety.

Very pretty. Balanced and elegant with racy acidity through the finish. #leflaive #grolleau
