Not normally a big fan of the stickier stuff, though this is one of the most incredible sweet wines I've ever had the pleasure of trying. So much vibrancy, big acid. BUT 2/3 bottles we opened were acetic as fuck- completely volatile, so I'll worry each time I go to open one.

Menthol, spice, almost vermouth-like, firm tannins, moderate acidity, sweet and oxidized. Very unique and distinctive, and really good.
