Blonde's have more fun. Andrea Calek Blonde lot 2011/27/04/12 (vintage-day,month,year bottled). 70% Chardonnay 30%Viognier. Native yeast, Methode Ancestral, no sulfite. Tasted a bit like Pear Cider the first day, second and third days still showing well. Really cool stuff!
