Italian pet Nat, frizzante Trebbiano. An absolutely dry rendition with pear skin, ginger, orange pith and subtle guava notes. Medium acidity and medium body-Accompanied a shrimp & mango ceviche style dish, then BBQ potato chips (while watching a Mets win) and more than held its own. Preferred the Brett to blow off, though some fellow drinkers liked the funk. Bottle cap.

Straight up orange/grapefruit soda like alcoholic spindrift. Cloudy, musky. Nice, fine bubbles. Peaches 🍑

Drank it dirty, which was pleasurable.

Without a good shake, the best flavors stay at the bottom. Still this wine is simple with large citrusy notes
