This is a truly full-bodied Cab, with perhaps a splash of Petit Verdot thrown in for the inky color. It is perfectly balanced and silky on the tongue. Prominent fruits are black currants , black cherries, and cranberry,but it does not have a bitter or acid ic tone, nor is it sweet. We enjoyed it with Argentine chimichurri flank steak, roasted potatoes, and steamed asparagus.
