Spry, vivacious. A pretty little thing. Bubbly but not in an off putting manner, this is no teenage phone obsessed bubblegum chewing miscreant making observations on the state of transience. No, this lightly carbonated blush has the sheen of historicity, like a pretty bum waking from a long sleep.

Only my 2nd bottle of my favorite quaffing Rosato this year. It's a much anticipated pink Basque tradition; fizzy, tart, gorgeous that I prefer to savor as often as I can! Great w spicy food, most cheeses, or just sitting around a porch sipping. This carbonated frizzante just can't help but be festive!
Let the Ameztoi good times roll...oh p.s I shared my bottle w a neighbor while I watched Game 5 of NBA Finals, marveling at Steph's thrilling finale, a new wine introduction to them! What a game; what a delicious old & new friend to watch the hardwood treats...whew what a game!
