Really a very nice Puligny. Granddaughter of Paul Pernot making micronegoc wines, some with her family’s fruit. Definitely not a Chablis - much richer, with some great lemon peel and nice white fruit. But still restrained with almost no apparent oak influence. Surprisingly good pairing with shrimp scampi.

Just Chardonnay start, then suddenly sweet honey peaked up. And acidity is also suddenly showing. Quite dramatic wine. 2015 @2280, domaine - Kkami, 210624-211102
